When you are planning to apply or to be employed in a big company employment screening would be very crucial. For most big companies they do not just hire employees according to credentials, curriculum vitas and exams. Most of the people I know fail to be employed in the companies they want to work for because they do bad on the interviews that the company gives. Of course it is but nerve wrecking for some to encounter interviews especially if the interviewer would scrutinize everything about you. Actually there are only three major things to keep in mind when having a job interviews. First listen and understand thoroughly what is being asked. Second is to answer only the question and avoid adding other things. Be honest enough for the interviewer would know if you are lying or not. Finally use the simplest of words so that the interviewer may understand the thing that you are talking about.
